​The spacious, 125 sq.m. banquet hall, located on the second floor of the restaurant, is an ideal, well-planned space for celebrations, suited to comfortably cater for an event of up to 60 people.

There is a bar in the hall, where bartenders will prepare exceptionally delicious cocktails for guests during the celebration, while a more secluded space is available for serving staff or preparing take-out meals. This way, your holiday moments will not be disturbed by any unwanted images or clutter. Food is brought to the banquet hall from the restaurant kitchen below by elevator, ensuring fast and efficient guest service during the celebration. The separate tables in the common space of the banquet hall can be combined if necessary.

A wide view of the hotel territory through the large windows and the exit to the terrace will help to create a festive mood – you will love the view of majestic pine trees that are green in all seasons.

The “Grás“ deluxe small hall is a cozy space on the second floor of the restaurant, which can accommodate up to 16 people. This space is perfect for both small personal celebrations and conferences or trainings. The panoramic windows give this place a sense of greater spaciousness, while the view of the outdoor terrace and year-round green pine trees creates a feeling of luxury and aesthetics.

The premises measure 112 sq.m., so you can comfortably accommodate up to 120 people, making it ideal for conferences or other large events.
This venue has all the necessary equipment for a conference or event - a computer, a projector, a huge screen, writing boards, many chairs that can be moved out, rotated, or arranged in the style of a theater, classroom or chess, as required.
The interior of the hall gives a sense of cozy simplicity, and the seaside atmosphere is enhanced by the beautiful hundred-year-old pine trees outside the window.

“Grás“ glass house outside

​The glass house is located next to the outdoor terrace of the "Grás" restaurant, comfortably accommodating up to 30 people. Through the glass walls of the house, you can enjoy the surroundings of pine trees and green nature all year round. With a children's playground nearby, the house is ideal for celebrating children's birthdays, christenings, and other holidays. And on cooler days, the house stays still warm and cozy, due to the installation of heaters.
